Refund Policy
All purchases are final. Here is what that means and what to do if something goes wrong.
All purchases are final
All purchases are final; no refunds except where required by law. Gems are digital content delivered to your account immediately when the payment completes, and by buying you agree that delivery starts right away. That is why purchases can't be returned or cancelled afterwards, to the extent the law allows.
If something goes wrong
- Charged but no Gems? Check Purchase history in the Store first (PayPal can take a moment). If the Gems still aren't there, email mrdr10000@gmail.com with your receipt number and we will fix it.
- A charge you didn't make (unauthorized or fraudulent)? Contact us at mrdr10000@gmail.com right away, and contact PayPal. We will look into it.
- Bought by mistake, or a child bought without permission? Contact us. We are not required to refund, but we will review it in good faith.
Refunds and chargebacks
If a payment is refunded or charged back through PayPal, we remove the matching Gems from the account. If they were already spent, the account may be flagged or limited until it's sorted out.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
