Runes & Ravens

Runes & Ravens is the second set of Lost Chapters, and it arrives on Tuesday, February 2, 2027, at 9:00 AM Eastern Time. Where Set 1 told the story of American history, Runes & Ravens travels to the Norse world: the sagas, voyages and legends of medieval Scandinavia.

What we have announced

• Release: Tuesday, February 2, 2027, 9:00 AM ET (2:00 PM UTC).
• Before then: the Founder's Season runs until November 5, 2026, when Season 1, Liberty & Lightning, officially begins. Runes & Ravens opens the season after that.
• Theme: the Norse world.
• A new mode: Arcade 2v2, a team mode for two teams of two, arrives with the set.
• Free to play, like the rest of the game.

Cards, Leaders and mechanics will be revealed by the Lost Chapters team before launch. This page is updated as each one is announced, so check back, or play Set 1 now to be ready.

History and legend

Norse explorers reached North America about a thousand years ago, centuries before Columbus. The new set keeps the same promise as the first: the frame story is invented, and the history is real. Where a card comes from myth or saga rather than the historical record, we will say so.

A new set every season

After Runes & Ravens, a new set is planned every season, on the first Tuesday of the season's first month. Set names are announced when they are ready.
